We ship to all U.S. states, U.S. Territories, APO addresses, the Americas (Canada & Mexico) and all International countries.What is the shipping turnaround time?
We make every effort to process your order the same day it is placed. Orders received prior to 8 A.M. Mon-Fri (CST) are usually shipped the same day. Any orders processed after 8 A.M. are usually shipped within 24 hours. From time to time we may experience high order volumes which may result in minor shipping delays. In these cases you will be notified by our customer service staff as to when your order will ship. Please provide contact information where you can be reached quickly.Orders will not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays. All orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We ship from Houston, Texas and depending on your location:-- UPS Ground will take 1-5 business days.
- U.S. Domestic Priority MailŪ will take 2-3 business days.
- Priority MailŪ International will take 6-10 business days.
Do you collect duties, tariffs or fees?
We do not collect duties, tariffs or fees for U.S. addresses. For international addresses, we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local agency.Do your ship to P.O Boxes or APO?

Yes we do, we will ship it via USPS Priority MailŪ or UPS.
For our Canadian neighbors, we suggest shipping your order via USPS International Priority MailŪ which could take 5-10 days to arrive. One can opt for UPS for delivery but UPS could cost more plus they have a brokerage (handling) fee during delivery. The brokerage fee is not collected by LostGolfBalls.com during the order process and is the customer's responsibility to pay UPS.
Order Pick Up
Call in your order and pick it up locally at our facility in Sugar Land (Houston), Texas. You need to mention that you will be picking up your order while you are on the phone so that we are able to waive your shipping charges. You will still be responsible for the local tax.
