The One Blackl is a firmer feeling, Tour-caliber golf ball with less spin and a lower trajectory than the Nike One Platinum.  The four layers combine to provide more feel around the greens and a better launch angle and carry for long irons.  This ball is comparable to the Titleist Pro V1X, Callaway Tour iX, and Bridgestone B330 golf balls.
