Ordered mint. Not even close to mint. Sent 4 dozen back. Really disappointed. Customer service was great, processed the return quickly... But lately quality of balls has not matched what we have ordered

Received yellow Taylormade Tp5x golf balls that were rated 5a No scuffs but some has a dull look to them. Makes me wonder about the performance compared to new balls.Tough to tell if some are below in quality.

I have made multiple purchases from this company. Up to this point the balls have been very very good. The last two dozen I got Titleist TP fives were hardly better than range balls. They did offer a refund but it’s more of a hassle to send two dozen back. Don’t know if their grading scales have changed
