Are you a graduating high school senior with a great golf tip to share? Whether it's practical or funny, we want to see it – and it could win you a scholarship!

The LostGolfBalls.com Great Golf Tips Scholarship will award at least one $1,500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who sends us a brief video showing and explaining their best golf-related tip. Applicants must be planning to enroll in an accredited college program during the 2017 – 2018 academic year. The winning entry or entries will also be featured on the LostGolfBalls.com blog. LostGolfBalls.com is the world’s largest supplier of quality used and refinished golf balls, which perform similarly to new balls and can be purchased for a fraction of the price.

Application Process

To apply, please email the following information to scholarship@lostgolfballs.com:

- A 1 to 2 minute video demonstrating your golf tip. Camera phone videos are acceptable, as long as we can clearly see and understand your tip.

- An electronic copy of your high school transcript. Unofficial transcripts are permitted, but unofficial “grade reports” are not an acceptable alternative.

- Two letters of recommendation or support from teachers, coaches, counselors, or other academic professionals.

Selection Criteria

The following criteria will be taken into account when considering all applications:

- How interesting or helpful we think your golf tip is

- GPA (must be 3.0 or higher)

- Letters of recommendation

The winner or winners will be chosen by the owners, management, and staff of LostGolfBalls.com. The scholarship check will be sent directly to the college or university of the recipient.

Terms and Conditions

- No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

- Only one application per student.

- Only students who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia are eligible

- Applicants must be high school students who are expected to graduate from high school in the next 12 months. Students must be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (e.g. college or university) or planning to enroll in the next 12 months.

- Employees of LostGolfBalls.com and their immediate relatives are not eligible.

- LostGolfBalls.com reserves the right to verify all information, including the date of high school graduation and school enrollment status.

- All taxes are solely the responsibility of the contest winner.

- To enter, you must submit a complete scholarship application via email to scholarship@lostgolfballs.com no later than the deadline listed above. Incomplete applications or those that contain excessive grammatical errors will not be considered.

- All applications become the property of LostGolfBalls.com and will not be returned. LostGolfBalls.com is not responsible for any lost, late, or unintelligible entries.
