The outer shell of several golf balls began to chip away after little use. Poor quality for mint 5A. I have ordered prov1's before from this site and it was never an issue.

We paid for MINT condition balls. Out of 45 balls, 22 were severely damaged. Two were actually limited flight PRACTICE balls. We have purchased mint condition balls in the past and have always been pleased with the condition.

My order was shipped promptly. Despite having 3-4 balls that were questionable I contacted customer service and was notified that I would have those balls replaced that day.
