Order Processing Time
- Most continental U.S./Canada orders will ship within 1-2 days of ordering.
- Orders placed after 12PM CST will process next day.
- Time in transit (also known as “Delivery Window” below) does not include actual day the package leaves our facility.
- Occasionally during periods of high order volume over the weekend, we experience brief delays with some shipments on Mondays, and some orders may take up to 5 days to process.
- We ship continental U.S./Canada orders 7 days a week.

- Any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local tax and customs agency on USPS Shipped Orders will be the responsibility of the customer and will take approximately 10-14 business days.
- Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands will all be shipped by FedEx SmartPost and will take approximately 10-14 business days.
- Items are shipped the next business day after payment.
