The website said the balls would have a PGA logo on them, not that they were "practice" balls. My past orders were for logo balls and that is what i wanted. I offered the service rep that i would buy another 96 balls in "mint" condition if they would let me return the "practice" balls. Then i read the return policy which says return shipping is free if they send the wrong product, and they did, but he refused. I have not even begun to write as many poor reviews as i can every day going forward. I don't take crap well and the rep has pised me off now.
