I ordered the 2017 TP5X and received the 2019 TP5X which are fairly different golf balls. If you did not have the 2017 version in inventory that should have been specified. Different model years of golf balls can be a stark difference so ensuring the correct model year is fulfilled based on order should be paramount for the customer. The balls received also had 3-4 with scuff marks and did not match the condition criteria of "5A - Mint". Overall, this will be my last purchase from Lost golf balls as I can no longer be confident of their fulfillment strategy or representation of the condition of golf balls you will receive.

I bought "Mint" balls, and I like the quality but am definitely not impressed by the quality for the price. I can buy new for just a few dollars more. Overall I love the company, but maybe switch the descriptions, the expectations are there without receiving what you're wanted.

Many of the refurbished balls were not playable due to holes in the resin or large defects on the balls. Half were ok, the rest unplayable.
