Most of these balls should have been rated a 4 not 5a mint. One of these balls wasn't even a DT True Soft.

I ordered 96 titlest trusoft that were supposed to be Mint. 15 aren’t the correct ball type, over a dozen have severe scuffing and a dozen are very discolored which makes me believe they are waterlogged. I am an understanding person and get that Mint (despite the Webster definition of “Perfect”) will come with minor markings, but to have over half the balls with issues is unacceptable. Unfortunately I received the order right before I leave for a golf trip so I will use what is decent, but I can’t say that I will be doing business with you again and will recommend the same to others. I am feeling ripped off in this transaction.

As far as customer service is concerned, I have zero gripes. However, the condition of the balls is far from what is advertised. I expected mint condition because that is what I chose to purchase. More than half of the balls have legitimate scuff marks. I wasn’t expecting perfection and I understand that these are lost golf balls. Half of the balls are unplayable due to the condition. For a hack that doesn’t mind, this may not be an issue. For a player that takes the game and their equipment somewhat seriously and is looking for a bargain deal on some balls that have been hit a few times, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I like the concept, ease of ordering, and the timely delivery. I cannot support the condition ratings that are advertised. The specific bucket (96 balls) I ordered were labeled as MINT (5A). In my opinion, and based on the site options, I think they should have been labeled GOOD (3A) (RECYCLED). This is probably a stretch but it is the lowest possible quality rating. Be aware!

I received the product and the bucket was cracked and all the balls were in the box; I called and they said it was the shippers problem and they would send me a bucket. Haven't received it yet. If I don't, I will return; terrible customer service
