An X-Out ball is a new golf ball that has a tiny “cosmetic blemish” which can include ink imperfections, paint malfunctions, or a stamping registration error. X-out balls have no performance malfunctions or construction issues when built. The balls have the word X-OUT printed on them.
The Titleist Yellow X-Out Mixture may contain but is not limited to DT Trusoft Yellow X-Out, Trufeel Yellow X-Out, or Tour Soft Yellow X-Out balls from Titleist. PLEASE NOTE: This mix will not contain a set percentage of each model.

My order was 12 dozen; only 7 dozen arrived. The ball quality was supposed to be Mint. They were a fair quality. I called customer service immediately regarding the shortfall and quality. The lady I talked to was very sympathetic and credited me for the 5 dozen and an additional dozen for the quality of the balls received. This was a nice gesture on her part but I did pay a Mint quality price for a fair quality ball. I did write you on this problem but received no response. Very disappointed. I am not a first time customer.

Not to carry this much further but how does it help to improve your services and product offerings to me? Will this "reassurance" guarantee me a better ball and the correct amount?

Excellent quality. I have ordered these several times and other than hitting them into the water, the woods, way OD, they balls last for several rounds before needing replaced. I would HIGHLY recommend these for casual play.

These balls are the same as buying new and are excellent for practice. My son and I use them to hit into our practice net with launch monitor. Practice with quality balls better replicates course conditions.
