I ordered 3 dozen pristine rated balls. I believed I was buying nearly like new used balls. The product that arrived was a batch of refinished balls. I never use refinished because they can be balls that layed in water or really old used balls refinished to look like new. They can also be any brand refinished and branded to mimic any brand ordered. In this case, the graphics printed on the ball didn’t even match the model ordered. The brand and model said the correct names but the logo lines were incorrect. Lost Golf Balls did offer to send a return label or refund 30%. But, I still feel as if I wasted my money on 3 dozen junk balls. I wonder how many people don’t notice what they actually received.
