In my opinion, these golf balls were not MINT. In fact, 2 of them had clearly spent a good amount of time in the water, they were discolored.

Extremely dissatisfied with the "mint" quality. 14 out of 24 balls had significant scuffs and shouldn't even pass for "good" quality.
