Quality keeps getting worse. I had 14 balls that were no better than a 3 A. I ordered 48 5A balls. They refunded me but this the second time this same thing has happened.

12 balls were defective with cracks in the cover or blemishes from the refinishing process. This resulted in rough bumps on the surface.
