I bought the “Near-Mint (4A)” Chrome Softs. I’ve bought balls here a half-dozen times or so. Usually they’re pretty good. Sometimes there can be issues but they’re pretty good at resolving them. Out of 48 (almost “perfect”) balls, a dozen of them had scuffs and little tabs that result from a cut ball (cart path) and so on. When playing, if I picked a ball like that out of my bag I wouldn’t play it. It affects the flight too much. So to have 25% of them like this is frustrating and leaves me feel I was ripped-off. I could’ve bought a lower tier if I wanted scuffs and cuts in my balls. I emailed them showing pics but haven’t heard back yet. Crossing my fingers. Would sure like to have 48 of 48 (or close) to being “near perfect”- or at least playable
