Ordered golf balls and receive order is ready and awaiting shipping which was expedited. 8 days later no golfballs and sent email to customer service twice and heard nothing back. Finally called a was told they were out of the golf balls a someone should have called me. They canceled the order. Very poor customer experience!!!!

7 out of 24 balls had excessive scuff marks but the customer service promptly assessed it. Pretty happy with the balls since I paid 1/3 of the new chromesoft balls

I have been along term, happy customer. In my last order of AAAAA balls, about one third of the balls showed significant scuff marks, sun damage, water damage, and discoloring. The quality of the product was VERY POOR. To solve the problem, I emailed the company and received no response. I then called the company and yet there is still no response. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT RESPOND TO CLIENT COMPLAINTS ABOUT QUALITY. David Kinney
